The rooms can be occupied on the day of arrival from 14:00 and must be left until 10:00 on the day of departure.
The registration and deregistration at the municipal office we do for you.
The key collection takes place after arrangement. Please call us and arrange an approximate time frame when you arrive.
At the departure the electronic key has to be handed over to us in time.
For the electronic key and the inventory we take a deposit for loss or damage of € 120,- per guest. This will be paid back upon completion of the lease and return of the key and the apartment in perfect condition and settlement of all outstanding claims.
We assume no liability for damage to vehicles using the hotels own parking lot as well as for Loss or theft of valuables not expressly given to us for safekeeping.
Drag serious violations against house rules financial and / or legal action.
Booking and cancellation conditions
Bookings are only binding if you have received a confirmation from us.
By sending this confirmation, the mutually binding contract is concluded.
Cancellations must be announced in good time. Depending on the deadline, cancellation fees apply.
